To the commemoration of the family’s great ancestor, Mary Penfold, this special reserved Shiraz was carefully handpicked and delivered a fine piece of the McLaren Vale Shiraz. The seventh generation of Penfold Family introduced this new series to reinstate the passion and DNA of this legendary wine family of Australian history and paying homage to the generations of winemakers before them.

This Shiraz has been developed to highlight the beautiful characteristics of McLaren Vale grapes. The soft and silky tannins can be easily melted within the bright berry fruits, finishing in lush, and the balances demonstrated the understanding of this specially reserved shiraz from the winemaker. This wine is suitable for the cellar of ten years or more, and ready for consumption now.
